Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and Acmova Private Limited (CIN U56102TN2026PTC197533), registered at L-Block, Old No. 8 (New), 26th Street, Anna Nagar East, Chennai 600102, Tamil Nadu, India. By using acmova.com, the Acmova app or any related service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Health Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Business customers and API partners will also sign a separate agreement or order form. If it conflicts with these Terms, that agreement prevails for its subject matter.
What Acmova provides
Acmova for You: a wellness app that reads signals from your devices and logs, sets daily targets and suggests next steps.
Acmova for Business: a console for gyms, coaches, clinics, wellness teams and food brands to support their members and customers.
Acmova API: programmatic access to targets and scoring for approved partners.
Features may change as we develop the product. Some features are in early access and may be limited, interrupted or withdrawn.
Not medical advice
Acmova is a general wellness service. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read our Health Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity on your account.
Partner merchants and third parties
Acmova may show meals, products or services offered by independent merchants and partners. Acmova acts as a technology platform and intermediary. Merchants are solely responsible for what they sell, including preparation, quality, hygiene, ingredient and allergen information, food safety licences and compliance with law.
Nutrition values shown for merchant items are provided by merchants or estimated by us, and may differ from the actual product. Always check allergen information directly with the merchant.
Connected services such as WHOOP are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or the accuracy of data they provide.
Fees and payments
Acmova for You is free during early access. Paid plans, business packages and API usage are charged as agreed in writing or shown at the point of purchase, plus applicable taxes. Payments are processed by third-party payment partners under their terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: break the law or anyone's rights; upload false, harmful or infringing content; access other users' data; probe, scrape, overload or disrupt the Services; reverse engineer our software or models except as allowed by law; or use the Services to build a competing product.
Intellectual property
The Services, including our software, engine, designs, the Acmova name, logo and icons, are owned by Acmova or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Services under these Terms. You keep ownership of the content you upload, and give us a licence to use it to provide and improve the Services as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Targets, scores and suggestions are estimates based on the data available and may be inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Acmova is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from goods or services supplied by merchants or third parties. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid Acmova in the three months before the claim, or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Acmova against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users or the Services.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
